Reading Comprehension Assessment

An indicative screener of reading comprehension, decoding, and self-timed reading rate

What this test measures

An indicative screener of comprehension, decoding, and self-timed reading rate

Your overall reading comprehension level, expressed as an age equivalent. Measures understanding of both fiction and non-fiction texts.

Your ability to recognise and decode words accurately, including real words and pseudo-words that test phonics knowledge.

How quickly you read each passage, timed by you. Reported in words per minute as a rough guide - it is not a measured skill level.
