Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. The trial requires full sign-up with a valid payment method - so the subscription can convert automatically if you do not cancel before day 7. Separately, you can demo most premium features for 3 free uses without a card.

We send you a reminder email a couple of days before the trial ends. If you do nothing, your chosen subscription activates and your card is charged the plan price. Cancel any time before day 7 from your account settings and you will not be charged at all.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees. When you cancel, you keep access to all features until the end of your current billing period.

We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers.

If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, contact our support team and we'll arrange a full refund. After 14 days, you can cancel to prevent future charges, but we don't offer partial refunds for the current billing period.

Once your school licence is set up, you can invite students via email or share a class join code. Students create their own accounts and are automatically linked to your school. Bulk onboarding via CSV upload is also available.
